Infinigate Cloud and Chorus partner to deliver 24x7 Managed Security Services for MSPs to protect customer IT assets

Fareham, 26 June, 2024 – Infinigate Cloud adds Chorus’ industry leading SOC-as-a-Service, based on Microsoft Sentinel, to its portfolio of managed security services to further support MSPs in protecting customer’s critical data and IT assets.

With the rise of malicious attacks, cybersecurity is a growing business priority, which has led to greater demand for managed security services. This new partnership enables Infinigate Cloud’s MSPs to benefit from managed threat detection and response (MDR) and managed extended threat detection and response (MXDR) services to assist their customers in keeping protected from evolving threats.

We are seeing a growing requirement for MSPs to provide full 24×7 security protection for their customers. For the majority of MSPs, the only viable route to provide true 24×7 managed security protection is through partnership with a specialist provider. Providing peace of mind not only for the end-customers but also for MSPs knowing that their customers are being actively protected around the clock.

We are delighted to be working with Chorus, a global MSSP leader, to bring a Microsoft Sentinel based SOC-as-a-Service offering to the more than 5,500 MSPs that Infinigate Cloud serves across Europe. This addition to our portfolio has the potential to significantly enhance our partner’s security offerings, unlocking new revenue opportunities with MDR and MXDR services that combine human expertise with innovative use of automation, machine learning, and threat intelligence.

The managed security services will be delivered by Chorus, from their UK-based 24/7/365 Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC). Underpinned by Microsoft’s advanced security technologies, Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR, these services have been recently awarded Microsoft-verified MXDR solution status, attesting to the calibre of the service. With over 100 employees, Chorus are a leading provider of Microsoft Security services and are members of the highly rated Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA).
