We are thrilled to have been awarded our third Microsoft Advanced Specialisation in Security for Information Protection & Governance.

This achievement adds to our two other Security Advanced Specialisations in Threat Protection and Identity & Access Management.

How do partners attain an Advanced Specialisation?

Advanced Specialisations are the level above a Microsoft Gold Competency to show deep expertise and experience within specific Microsoft service areas. Microsoft describe them as a PhD, compared to a master’s degree.

To attain these Advanced Specialisations, we must:

• Hold Microsoft Gold Security competency
• Have at least six members of staff passing the relevant Administrator exams for the Advanced Specialisation
• Meet high performance thresholds, that show proven experience in successfully delivering the relevant Microsoft workloads (such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft 365 Defender)
• Have three approved customer references

• Information Protection & Governance
  Showing our capabilities with Microsoft’s compliance and governance solutions, such as Microsoft Information Protection, to help organisations adopt robust information lifecycle management and governance.
• Threat Protection
  Proving our expertise in Microsoft’s advanced threat protection solutions within Microsoft 365 Defender. We help organisations adopt Microsoft 365 E5 Security to implement a modern Zero Trust security model to better protect against today’s threats.
• Identity & Access Management
  Demonstrating best practice adoption and implementation of Azure Active Directory for robust identity protection and access management, which is particularly vital with identity being a key cornerstone of modern Zero Trust protection.
