What managed security services do you offer?
We’ve purposefully kept our services simple to understand and explain. There are two services: MDR and MXDR. MDR protects endpoints, identities and servers and MXDR protects any data source, including non-Microsoft and third-party solutions. Both services include 24/7 detection, investigation, response, threat hunting and reporting.

What Microsoft licensing do customers need?
As a general guide we say Microsoft 365 Business Premium for our MDR service and Microsoft Defender Suite or Microsoft 365 E5 for MXDR. We can support you with any licensing discussions.

Can you protect non-Microsoft data sources?
Yes, any data source can be ingested and covered through our MXDR service. There is a cost per data source with one included free with MXDR.

What is the pricing?
MDR and MXDR service pricing is designed to be simple and scalable with tiered pricing based on per user and per server per month. For pricing and quoting, please contact us or reach out to your Dicker Data representative.

Is there a minimum seat requirement?
We have a 20-user minimum requirement, however customers with fewer than 20 users can use the service but must pay for 20 users.
